What's New — October 19, 2026

Pim can now draft a reply to every comment in your Inbox and points out the ones that need you. A new Trends page gives you post ideas you can make your own, and Analytics now shows plainly whether your accounts are growing. New customers on Autopilot also start from the posts they've already seen.

Let Pim look after your comments

In the Inbox, one button now sets how Pim handles comments: "Pim is off", "Pim drafts, you approve", or "Pim answers safe questions". Pim asks you to confirm before it replies to anything on its own, and complaints, refunds and anything Pim isn't sure about still wait for you. Where Pim answering on its own isn't available yet, you'll see "Not available for your workspace yet." The new "To approve" tab collects Pim's drafts, and each conversation shows what Pim did, such as "Pim drafted a reply" or "Needs you", with a short reason when Pim left a comment for you.

Every new comment is now checked for mood (Happy, Neutral or Unhappy) and marked if it looks like spam, rude or urgent. These checks don't use your credits. Marked comments gather in the "Flagged" tab, spam and rude comments can be removed with "Delete comment", and you can turn on the "Comment needs a look" notification to hear about rude or urgent ones. Pim now drafts a reply to every comment that isn't spam, writing a careful draft for sensitive, rude or urgent ones that always waits for your approval. Each draft uses one Pim credit. A new "Comment mood" section in Analytics and your scheduled reports shows how people felt week by week, and the Inbox is easier to use on a phone.

Ideas from posts that are doing well

If you use "I'll do it myself", the new Trends page shows popular posts in your industry, and you can filter them by industry, network and format. Choose "Make it mine" and Pim writes your own original version in your brand's voice. You can also use "Clone to draft" to start from the full caption (without the other account's photos or video), "Copy caption" or "Open original". Pim can show the same trending posts when you ask for ideas in chat.

Analytics that show whether you're growing

Your workspace analytics now lead with one chart. Choose Followers, New followers or Views to see that number day by day next to the previous period, switch followers between "Total" and "Per day", and drag across the chart to zoom in. Every post from the period sits under the chart on the day it went out, and a short "This week" summary compares this week with last week and offers "Plan next week's posts". Account pages use the same chart and add a full post list, with extra figures under "More numbers".

Each post now gets one score everywhere, shown as "Better than usual", "Typical" or "Below usual" and compared with your typical post. Until a profile has enough posts you'll see "Not enough posts to compare yet". Posts are labelled "Via Picmim" or "Posted directly", so you can see that posts made on your phone count too. Instagram posts where you were added as a collaborator now appear marked "Collab" for accounts connected through Facebook, and they don't count towards your own scores. Every number has a plain definition that you can open from the number itself or find under "Metric definitions" on the help page, and if a profile hasn't updated recently you'll see that its numbers may be behind.

A smoother first week and better plans

After you pay, Autopilot no longer writes a second set of posts for the days your onboarding preview already covers. Your home page says "Your first posts are ready" with a "Review your posts" link and tells you when Pim plans your next week. Fewer onboarding previews fail while Pim is getting to know your brand from your website.

Plans no longer repeat the same library photo across several posts. When your photos are used up, Pim makes a text post instead and lets you know that adding more photos will get you more photo posts. When Pim rewrites a post and the first attempt misses something, such as leaving out your booking link, Pim now gets one more go at fixing it before giving up, and only the rewrite you get uses credits.

Also improved

You can now mention up to ten Instagram accounts on a Story using the new "Mentions" field. The accounts are tagged, but Instagram doesn't let other apps add a visible mention sticker. New users are asked a one-tap "How did you find Picmim?" question during setup, which they can skip. Moving between pages in Picmim should also feel a little quicker.
