What's New — October 12, 2026

Autopilot now tells you exactly what it needs to plan your week and takes you straight to a shorter, tidier Brand DNA page. Publishing problems on LinkedIn and TikTok are also clearer and easier to fix.

Autopilot shows you what's missing

When Autopilot can't plan your week because it needs more about your business, it now says what's missing, such as a customer, a product and a topic. The button takes you straight to Brand DNA so you can add it, and a week that couldn't be finished for the same reason does the same. Brand DNA now has the same name everywhere, including the sidebar and Settings.

A shorter Brand DNA page

Brand DNA is much quicker to scan: your customers and products fold to one line each, with "Show all" when you have more than five. If something can't be saved, the message now explains why in a plain sentence. Text boxes also stop at their character limit, so you won't be caught out when you save.

Clearer publishing on LinkedIn and TikTok

If a post to a LinkedIn Page fails because the person who connected it is no longer one of the Page's admins, Picmim now explains how to fix it: ask a current Page admin to restore the Super admin or Content admin role and reconnect the Page, or have a current admin reconnect it with their own LinkedIn account. The account shows a "Needs attention" warning but stays connected in the meantime. TikTok photo posts that TikTok couldn't download are now retried with a freshly prepared image. If a photo still can't go out, you'll see a clear message explaining what to do.

Also improved

Your analytics now refresh more steadily. The preview posts you see while setting up Picmim no longer get cancelled over an optional detail, and two posts no longer share the same photo. The Picmim website scrolls smoothly and loads faster on phones, and after an update the app quietly reloads an out-of-date tab instead of showing an error. AI assistants connected to Picmim can list your workspaces again.
