Picmim now does more of the work from day one. New workspaces start with Pim planning and writing your week straight away, getting set up is quicker on your phone, and you can ask Pim for more posts whenever a week needs them.
Start in Picmim straight away
New workspaces no longer have to choose how they want to work. Pim gets going on your first week as soon as you finish setting up. Picmim Manager, the full app for marketing professionals, is one switch away in settings.
Onboarding is shorter and built for your phone, with one progress bar all the way to connecting your accounts, a simpler account picker, larger buttons and a back button that behaves as you would expect. If Pim cannot read your website, or you do not have one, you can tell Pim about your business yourself. If something goes wrong while Pim is learning about your business, you see what happened and what to do next.
Your preview shows real posts you can keep or decline, with clear pricing. In your first week, those posts open in the usual Approve and Skip view, and the preview posts you kept are scheduled with one tap.
Ask Pim for more posts this week
Choose "More posts" from your week on Home, from New post or from the end of your review, and tell Pim what to add. You can replace the posts you skipped, get two more posts like this week's, ask for up to three posts about a specific product or service using your own photos (or let Pim pick them), or write one yourself.
Every extra post arrives in your review marked "Extra", so you still approve or skip each one before anything goes out. Next week's posts are not affected, and Pim checks your credits before it starts writing.
When a week did not feel right
If you skipped every post in a week, Pim now asks which looks feel like you before writing replacements. Pick from example styles, say whether the words should be shorter or less salesy, add a note if you like, and Pim rewrites those posts in the looks you chose. When a workspace admin makes the choice, Pim keeps using those looks in future weeks. If you do not have enough photos for a photo look, Pim tells you and offers a quick way to add more.
Approve once the image is ready
While a post's image is still being drawn, Approve shows "Drawing…" and waits until the image is finished, so you always approve the complete post. You can still skip or edit it in the meantime. The approval page you open from an email now lists only the posts that are ready to approve and tells you how many are still being drawn.
Smaller improvements
The "Add from a link" button shows again on Home, during setup and when adding offers in your brand settings. Home, the review screen, notifications and business settings also have clearer layouts on desktop.
