Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may take part as an individual or on behalf of a business.
You must own or control the channels you use to promote Picmim, and those channels must not contain unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or misleading content.
Enrolment and approval
You join by submitting the application form. We review each application by hand and aim to respond within 2 business days.
We may approve or decline any application at our discretion. Once approved, we send you an invitation to your affiliate dashboard and your personal referral link.
Commission and what "lifetime" means
You earn 30% of every subscription payment made by a customer attributed to you, for as long as that customer keeps an active paid subscription on the account they created through your link. There is no cap on the number of customers or total commission.
Commission is calculated on the net amount we actually receive for the base subscription, excluding taxes, add-ons, one-off purchases and credits. If the customer upgrades or downgrades, your commission follows the new amount. If they cancel, commission stops; if the same account resubscribes, it resumes.
Attribution and cookies
When someone clicks your referral link, we set a cookie that lasts 90 days. A customer is attributed to you if they sign up and start a paid subscription within that window.
Attribution is last-click: if a visitor clicks links from more than one affiliate, the most recent click within the cookie window wins. Our tracking records are final for attribution purposes.
Hold period, refunds and clawback
Every commission is held for 30 days after the underlying payment before it becomes available for payout. This covers refunds, cancellations and chargebacks.
If a payment is refunded, disputed or charged back, the related commission is reversed. If that commission was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your future commissions.
Payouts, minimum and taxes
Once your available balance reaches €50, you can request a payout from your affiliate dashboard at any time. Balances below the minimum carry over.
Payouts are sent in EUR through Grade, our payout partner. For each payout you receive an email with a secure link to claim it and choose from the methods Grade offers in your country, such as PayPal, bank transfer or Payoneer. Grade may ask you to complete a tax form (for example W-9 or W-8BEN) and verify your identity before releasing funds. To pay you, we share your name, email address and payout amounts with Grade. You are responsible for any fees charged by the payout method you choose and for declaring and paying any taxes due on your commission.
Prohibited promotion
To keep the program fair, you must not:
- bid on "Picmim" or any Picmim brand terms, misspellings or variations in paid search, or use them in ad domains or display URLs;
- refer yourself, accounts you control, or people you pay to sign up;
- send unsolicited email or messages, or post spam in comments, forums or groups;
- use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, browser extensions or any other way of setting a referral cookie without a genuine click;
- list Picmim on coupon, cashback, reward or incentive sites, or offer incentives we have not approved;
- make false or misleading claims about Picmim, its features, pricing or results, or impersonate Picmim.
Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Picmim wherever you promote it, in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides, the UK ASA and CAP Code, and similar rules in your country. The disclosure must be easy to notice and appear before or next to your link.
Use of the Picmim brand
We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Picmim name, logo and the assets in our brand kit, only to promote Picmim under these terms. Do not modify our logos, and do not suggest that you are Picmim or that we endorse you beyond this program.
Brand assets are available from our partner team on request.
Termination and forfeiture
You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, with or without cause.
If you leave or we end your participation for reasons other than a breach, we pay out your valid available balance once it reaches the minimum. If we find fraud or a breach of these terms, commission linked to that activity is forfeited and we may withhold unpaid commission while we investigate.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, including commission rates, from time to time. We will notify active affiliates of material changes by email before they take effect. Commission already earned is calculated under the terms in force when it was earned.
