What's New — May 30, 2026

Picmim v3 is a full internal redesign of the workspace experience. The app now puts PIM, the AI assistant, at the front of the product and gives teams a clearer way to plan, create, review, and schedule social content from one focused workspace.

This release also refreshes the core working surfaces across posts, calendar, media, analytics, settings, onboarding, and billing support flows, with legacy workspace and coaching surfaces removed to keep Picmim focused on social media planning and execution.

Redesigned Picmim workspace

We rebuilt the workspace shell with a redesigned navigation system, cleaner layout hierarchy, and more focused daily working views. Workspace home, accounts, settings, post lists, and mobile flows have also been refreshed so common actions are easier to find and complete.

PIM at the front

PIM now has a more central assistant role for planning, content creation, scheduling help, and workspace guidance. It has been expanded with tools for finding posts, reading current plans, proposing content plans, presenting calendars, and working with media library assets.

Planning and scheduling

There is a new planning workflow for building social schedules before turning ideas into posts. Plans can now be generated, reviewed, rewritten, rescheduled, visualized, and turned into scheduled content.

Media, composer, and analytics

The post composer experience has been redesigned, including better mobile drawer behavior, post activity, tags, previews, and provider options. The media library also has improved uploads, imports, Canva flows, folders, pending upload handling, and workspace-aware refresh behavior.

Platform improvements

Billing and plan support flows have been refactored, OpenRouter support has been added for AI text calls, and old frontend, route, API, and workspace surfaces have been cleaned up. Automated test coverage has also been expanded across planning, media uploads, PIM/chat, analytics copy, and post creation.
