This release helps you keep positive conversations moving automatically while preserving careful review for comments that need a human touch.
Keep positive conversations moving
Picmim can now automatically answer harmless positive comments without requiring an unrelated knowledge document, and it recognises common ways of describing compliment replies. Temporary connection interruptions are handled automatically so suitable replies can keep moving.
Keep important replies under your control
Sensitive, factual, low-confidence, complaint, and unsafe comments remain held for your review, so faster everyday engagement does not reduce the safeguards around conversations that need extra care.
