What's New — October 13, 2026

Pim can now research your industry to fill out your content plan when it knows only a little about your business. Reconnecting social accounts, keeping your plan and importing from Canva are also more reliable.

Plans that don't stall on a thin brand profile

When Pim has only a little to go on about your business, it now researches your industry and adds up to two well-sourced topics so your plan can still be made; in Autopilot they appear as "What your field knows". While setting up, you may briefly see a note that Pim is researching your industry; this usually takes a minute or two. Brand analyses that used to be thrown away over one small gap are now kept, and small text glitches on post images and captions are tidied up automatically.

Easier reconnecting

You can now reconnect an account you already have, such as a LinkedIn Page, even when you're at your account limit, and you'll see whether it worked. If LinkedIn signs you in as someone who can't post to the Page, Picmim names that person and explains how to switch to the right LinkedIn account. Mastodon and Bluesky reconnects remember your server, so you don't have to type it again.

Safer disconnecting

The disconnect window now explains that disconnecting permanently deletes the account's analytics history, the links to its published posts and its inbox conversations, and that connecting it again later starts from scratch. If you're only having a connection problem, choose "Reconnect instead" to keep all of its history.

Also improved

"Keep my plan" on the billing page now works even when a cancellation was already undone or your billing details were out of date, and the button only appears when it can keep your plan. Importing a Canva design you can't access now tells you why: it may have been deleted, or your Canva account may not have access to it. The floating feedback button has been removed for a cleaner screen.
