This update makes it quicker to put a shop product into a plan, keeps posts in Picmim Manager from going out without their picture, and makes Visual DNA more dependable.
Choose a shop product straight away
When you import products from a connected shop, you can now pick one for a plan with Choose as soon as it appears. Before, a new product had to be linked to an offer in your Brand DNA by hand first. Picmim now creates that offer for you when you choose the product, so you can promote it straight away. You can still link a product to an existing offer yourself if you prefer.
Approve a post while its image is being drawn
In Picmim Manager, you can now approve a post while Pim is still drawing its image. The post waits and goes onto your calendar with its image once it is ready. Before, some of these posts could be scheduled without their picture. Your review summary marks a waiting post "Scheduled when its image is ready".
If the image cannot be drawn, the post stays approved and off the calendar until it is drawn again or you choose an image yourself.
More dependable Visual DNA
Visual DNA, the brand look Pim builds from your homepage, is more reliable. Pim now works from the top of your homepage, so a very long page no longer stops your images from being created.
New Visual DNA also follows your website's own design colours, such as its backgrounds, text and buttons, instead of drifting into skies, sunsets or drawings of your brand's symbols. Some older workspaces whose Visual DNA could not find their website now find it again, so their plans no longer fail for that reason.
Connected products in more languages
Connected products is now fully translated into Italian and Croatian. The BigCommerce install screen also matches the rest of Picmim, including in dark mode.
