Available Plans

Picmim offers multiple plan tiers designed for different needs, from individual creators to large agencies. Each plan includes a specific set of features, account limits, and usage quotas.

  1. Visit the Pricing page at picmim.com/pricing for a full feature comparison.
  2. Free plans include basic scheduling with limited accounts and posts per month.
  3. Paid plans unlock additional accounts, unlimited posts, analytics, AI features, and team collaboration.
  4. Enterprise plans include custom limits, dedicated support, and advanced integrations.

Tip: Choose annual billing to save compared to monthly pricing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

Upgrading or Downgrading

Switch between plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges for the remaining billing period. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep access to current features until then.

  1. Go to Settings and select Billing.
  2. Click "Change Plan" to view available options.
  3. Select the plan that fits your needs and review the price difference.
  4. Confirm the change. Upgrades are charged immediately on a prorated basis.
  5. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Warning: If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits and you currently exceed those limits, some features may be restricted until you reduce usage (e.g., disconnect accounts or delete posts).

Payment Methods and Invoices

Update your credit card or download past invoices for your records. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Picmim never stores your full card details on our servers.

  1. Go to Settings and select Billing, then Payment Methods.
  2. Add a new credit or debit card, or update your existing card information.
  3. Switch to the Invoices tab to view your billing history.
  4. Download any invoice as a PDF for your accounting records.
  5. Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Subscription Lifecycle

Understand the stages of your subscription from trial to active, renewal, and cancellation. Knowing how the lifecycle works helps you manage your plan effectively.

  1. Trial: New accounts may include a free trial period with full feature access.
  2. Active: Your subscription is current and all plan features are available.
  3. Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method.
  4. Past Due: If a payment fails, you have a grace period to update your payment method.
  5. Cancelled: Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. You retain access until then.

Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific limits for connected accounts, monthly posts, media storage, and team members. Monitor your usage from the billing dashboard to avoid hitting limits unexpectedly.

  1. View usage meters in Settings > Billing for accounts, posts, storage, and team seats.
  2. When you approach a limit (80%), Picmim shows a warning notification.
  3. At 100%, you cannot add more of that resource until you upgrade or reduce usage.
  4. Monthly post limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
  5. Media storage limits are cumulative and do not reset.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved for a limited time in case you decide to reactivate.

  1. Go to Settings and select Billing.
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page.
  3. Confirm the cancellation. You will be asked for optional feedback.
  4. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  5. Reactivating is easy: just go back to Billing and select a new plan.

Warning: After your subscription ends, your connected accounts are disconnected and scheduled posts are cancelled. Reactivate within 30 days to restore your data.
